Abbeyfield Court is a modern building located adjacent to our main building Grove House, in the heart of Ilkley only a short walk from a large range of shops, restaurants, local amenities and excellent transport links to surrounding areas.
Our 13 peaceful and homely apartments combine the freedom of living in your own self-contained, spacious home whilst remaining involved with life in the local community. Apartments are available on the open market and are privately owned.
Care staff from Grove House provide emergency first response if required (fire alarm, pull cords and pendants) and this is covered via a quarterly service charge and an annual ground rent charge.
Each apartment is fully carpeted and these are either one or two bedroom apartments. Covered parking is also included. Residents from Abbeyfield Court are able to utilise the facilities available at Grove House.
