We are looking for caring and reliable Community Hub Coordinator to join our team at Fern House, Bingley

Working hours are – Wednesday 8:30am to 4:30pm

This role is initially for one day per week with the view to increase that to 2 days by Christmas.

Key Duties
- Support the day-to-day running of the Community Hub, ensuring a high-quality, person-centred service.
- Provide care and support that promotes residents’ independence, dignity and overall wellbeing.
- Assist with assessing individual needs and reviewing person-centred care plans.
- Organise and support a range of activities, events and community initiatives to meet residents’ needs and interests.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, colleagues, volunteers and external professionals.
- Encourage residents to participate in local community activities and maintain social connections.
- Support the Community Hub Coordinator in monitoring staff performance and maintaining service standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, safeguarding requirements and organisational policies.
- Promote continuous improvement and help deliver a safe, effective and high-quality service.
- Attend required meetings and training, maintaining ongoing professional development and awareness of best practice.

We are looking for a caring and reliable Domestic Assistant to join our team.

The working pattern is

Week 1- Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday 11:30am to 4:30pm

Week 2 – Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 11:30am to 4:30pm

Key Duties
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment across all resident rooms, apartments, and communal areas
- Clean, vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitise all surfaces, furnishings, and high-touch areas to required standards
- Carry out deep cleaning of vacated rooms and prepare them for new residents
- Ensure communal areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, reception, and shared spaces, are consistently clean and well presented
- Follow infection control procedures and all relevant health and safety guidelines at all times
- Replenish supplies and complete laundry and ironing tasks as required
- Use cleaning equipment safely and report maintenance issues or hazards promptly
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and respect residents’ privacy, dignity, and individual needs at all times

Hours: 24/36 hours per week

We are looking for caring and reliable Care Assistants to join our team at Grove House.

Role 1 – 24 hours per week. 4 shifts 8am to 2pm (alternate weekends)

Role 2 – 36 hours per week. 3 shifts 7pm to 7am (alternate weekends)

Role 3 – 24 hours per week. 2 shifts 9pm to 7am (alternate weekends)

These are temporary roles for 6 months.

- Promote residents’ dignity, independence and wellbeing
- Monitor health needs and report concerns to senior staff
- Assist with mobility, continence care, meals and use of equipment
- Support residents to engage in social activities and events

Joining our team as a member of Bank staff allows you to be flexible with your working hours, giving you the option to choose how much or how little you work, and when.

Bank staff have no contracted hours, and will be called upon to cover annual leave, sickness and other busy periods within the business. Bank staff are paid at the same excellent rates of pay as permanent members of staff, and accrue annual leave per hours worked.
