Working in Maintenance is fast paced and rewarding
The shift pattern for this role is Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm and includes being on-call 24/7 on a rota basis (usually 1 week in 4)
You must have your own transport to be able to work at all our sites.
We are looking for someone with excellent DIY/Handyperson skills who can problem solve issues and complete repairs and maintenance quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate needs to be computer literate and willing to download our maintenance app onto their phone.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential. Candidates with plumbing, joinery, basic electrical experience would be an advantage.

Working as a team you will demonstrate excellent culinary skills, teamwork and integrity. · You will be responsible for the health and safety and welfare of all staff within your service and as part of this you will monitor sickness absence and ensure this and other management information data is returned as required. With appropriate guidance from the recruitment team or senior leadership team you will take a lead role in dealing with any issues arising from persistent sickness absence.
All candidates must hold a management qualification e.g. Registered Managers Award or NVQ 5 Leadership and Management. A professional social care or health care qualification NVQ 4 Care, DIpSW, RGN and a minimum of 3 years’ experience working with older people and demonstrable experience of delivering care services.
A full clean driving licence and use of your own vehicle is required.

Bank staff have no contracted hours, and will be called upon to cover annual leave, sickness and other busy periods within the business. Bank staff are paid at the same excellent rates of pay as permanent members of staff, and accrue annual leave per hours worked.
