Set in the grounds of the old Bingley hospital overlooking Bingley moors, our innovative, award winning development offers 30 Residential apartments which support individuals living with dementia. Each room has en-suite facilities with a shower room.
The Unit is a safe environment, where you can move freely around the secure wing and access a safe and enclosed garden area in the least restrictive way possible.
The fully qualified on-site 24-hour dementia carers provide residents with different levels of care; tailored to suit their individual needs. We make the time to be with our residents, both to benefit their care through appreciating what their personal needs are and to offer companionship and enrichment to their quality of life.
Time to enjoy older age
We offer a range of activities that are organised by the Activities Co-ordinator in conjunction with the volunteers. A whole host of communal facilities will be open to our residents and their families and friends. We will also be welcoming the local and wider community into the scheme to socialise with our residents whilst utilising our facilities – making it a true hub in the heart of the community.
